3. Advertiser Eligibility & Content Policy
Ghostools carefully curates its tools and expects the same standards of quality, safety, and transparency from its advertising partners.
We accept relevant websites and digital services that provide genuine value to users.
We reserve the right to reject or remove placements involving:
- Spam and deceptive practices: Spam websites, phishing, malware, deceptive redirects, manipulative schemes, or misleading promotions.
- Incomplete or low-quality websites: Unfinished websites, broken pages, placeholder content, or websites lacking meaningful original content.
- Prohibited or incompatible content: Illegal activities, pornography, sexually explicit services, alcohol sales, illegal drugs, prohibited gambling, or other content that conflicts with our platform standards.
- Misrepresentation: Concealed products or services, undisclosed redirects, misleading destination URLs, or materially inaccurate information.
- Security risks: Malicious downloads, suspicious scripts, unsafe destinations, or activities that put visitors at risk.
- Irrelevant promotions: Content that does not fit our audience or fails to meet our editorial standards.
Providing a website URL does not automatically qualify it for publication. All placements are subject to approval.
4. Manual Review & Limited Advertising Slots
Ghostools accepts a maximum of 3 active advertisers at a time to maintain a manageable, manual review process.
Each advertiser's website is reviewed for relevance, reputation, content quality, transparency, and security before publication.
Advertisers must disclose the true nature of their website, products, services, and destination URLs before payment. Any material restrictions, redirects, or potentially prohibited content must be disclosed in advance.
Payment does not override our eligibility requirements or guarantee final approval.
5. Placement Removal & Refund Policy
All placements are subject to review before publication and may be reviewed again during their active period.
Ghostools reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove a placement if:
- The advertiser concealed a material violation or provided misleading information.
- The destination violates our published content or security requirements.
- The destination changes after approval in a way that violates this policy.
- The placement creates a material security, legal, or reputational risk.
Where a placement is rejected or removed because the advertiser concealed a material violation or breached the agreed terms, the order may be cancelled without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This policy takes into account the manual review and administrative work performed and the opportunity cost of reserving one of our limited advertising slots.
Where a placement is cancelled for reasons attributable to Ghostools rather than an advertiser's breach, the case will be reviewed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted URLs and content remain accurate, functional, and compliant throughout the placement period.
6. Payment & Publication Terms

- Email your website URL, destination URL, preferred anchor text, and selected package.
- Wait for manual approval and payment instructions.
- Complete payment after your order has been reviewed.
- Publication begins after payment and final approval.
