This tool searches contract text for defined clause patterns and extracts nearby passages for manual review. It does not understand every legal nuance, compare jurisdiction-specific laws, verify signatures, or determine enforceability. Missing-clause checks are suggestions only because equivalent provisions may use different wording or appear in schedules and referenced documents.
